Shipping

All orders are typically processed between 3-5 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Any pre-orders may have a delayed shipment as well as orderings during high volume seasons.

Please be sure that your address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered or shipped to the wrong address. 

Local Pick-up

All orders for local pick-up typically process between 3-5 days. Local pick-ups will be arranged via email or text (standard messaging rates may apply). Email confirmation is needed for pick-up.

Staff will wait no longer than 10 minutes past your pick-up time slot. For example, if pick-up time is from 11:00-11:30, staff will wait until 11:40. If there is not an arrival for pick-up, you will receive an email notification to select another pick-up time. If another pick-up date is selected, pick-up day is subject to change from original date.
