    Explore the lake at your own pace with our 6-foot and 8-foot sit-in kayaks—perfect for solo paddling adventures. Each rental includes a paddle and life jacket. Looking to bring a buddy? We also offer double-seated kayaks so you can share the ride!

  • EBikes

    Cruise around with ease on our pedal-assist e-bikes! We offer both standard and big-wheel e-bikes for a smooth, fun ride on or off the beaten path. Helmets are included with every rental so you can ride safely in style.

Kayak and Paddle Board Docking

Our kayak and paddleboard docks are located just to the left of the Barbara J, offering a perfect launch point for your lake adventure. Whether you're heading out for a paddle or taking a break during your rental, the docks provide a secure spot to tie up while you enjoy all that Conneaut Lake has to offer.

Grab a coffee at Vacavi, relax with a drink and a bite at Rising River Brewing, or explore the unique local shops nearby—all just steps from the water. When your rental time is up, simply return your gear to the same dock for a smooth and easy experience.

Getting to the Dock

Heading to the lake for your rental? It’s a quick and easy trip from PA Wake and Skate to our designated kayak and paddleboard docks:
-left out of our parking lot.
-Silver Shores Restaurant on your right.
-first traffic light as you enter Conneaut Lake, make a right turn.
-Barbara J docked straight ahead—our rental docks are just to the left of it.

Parking spaces are limited near the dock but usually available.

Ernest Trail

Looking for a scenic ride? Our e-bikes are a perfect way to explore the nearby Ernst Trail, just minutes from our shop. This well kept trail winds through forests, meadows, and wetlands—great for biking, walking, or spotting local wildlife.

  • Safety

    • Wear a safety helmet when bicycling
    • Use the trail with a friend
    • Carry a map. Always know where you are
    • Keep to the right except when passing
    • If wearing headphones, keep the volume down
    • Use extra caution during hunting season (fluorescent clothing is recommended)
  • Trail Rules

    • Trail open dawn to dusk
    • Pedestrians have right of way
    • No unauthorized motor vehicles
    • No alcoholic beverages
    • No littering or graffiti
    • All dogs must be under owner’s control; restrained on a six (6) foot or shorter leash at all times
    • All animal waste must be cleaned up
    • No horseback riding
  • E-Bike Rules

    • Bike weigh no more than 100 lbs;
    • Do not exceed 15 miles-per-hour when operating on the trail;
    • Have motors that do not exceed 750 watts
    • Have fully functional, operable pedals.
