Refund policy

Returns are for store credit only. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your mail-in return/ exchange once it's delivered and we receive the return or exchange. 

Returns/Exchanges

Returns must be received back within 14 days of delivery. Any item(s) returned after the 14 days, the item(s) will be mailed back to you.

Exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. 

All returns and exchanges must be unworn and tags much be attached. If tags are not attached and/or clothes have been worn, items will be sent back to you. 

Any damage claims must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

Returns on Dragon Sunglasses

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dragon purchase from PA Wake and Skate. If you are not satisfied with a Dragon product you bought in the last 30 days from pawakeandskate.com or PA Wake and Skate storefront, simply follow these steps to return the merchandise:

  • Email pawakeandskate@gmail.com. Our Customer Service team will initiate a return authorization on your behalf and provide you with a return shipping label.
  • Pack the product in a box to ensure it is not damaged in shipping (do not ship products in soft packs or envelopes).
  • Print the pre-paid shipping label.
  • Drop the package off at appropriate shipping location.
  • Once we receive your product, we will approve or decline your return within 3–5 business days. Please allow another 3-5 business days for refunds if return is approved.

    • This return process only applies to dragon purchases made on pawakeandskate.com. Proof of purchase is needed for a return.

    A few things to note:
    You have 30 days from original shipping date to return your merchandise.

    We can’t refund products purchased from a other dragon retailers. If your product was not purchased on pawakeandskate.com, please refer to the original retailer.

    We can’t refund you for products damaged beyond normal wear and tear. You must return all products in the resalable packaging they came in. The product and packaging may not be tampered with including but not limited to markings, writing or stickers on them.

    All refunds will be credited to the payment method you chose at checkout. It usually takes about 3-5 business days from the time we process your return for you to receive the credit. Depending on the processing time of your financial institution, it may take up to 30 business days to be reflected on your credit card account. If you no longer have access to your original payment method, we’ll issue you an dragonalliance.com credit for the refund amount.

    Do not ship product in soft packs or envelopes. This can cause the product to be damaged in transit. PA Wake and Skate is not responsible for any returned products damaged in transit due to the choice of packaging. We recommend shipping product back in a box.

    Please note: The acceptance of a return is up to the discretion of PA Wake and Skate. A return can be declined. 

    We do not accept returns or exchanges on sales items or discount codes 30% off or greater.

    Order Cancellations

    We do not accept cancellations. Items must be exchanged or returned.
